Mando Castillo brings over two decades of high-level experience in finance and operations, serving in leadership roles such as Chief Financial Officer, VP of Operations, Controller, and Director of Finance.

He’s helped businesses across industries—including construction, engineering, government, and education—streamline operations, boost profit, and grow with clarity.

Mando is a licensed real estate agent and a Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist (TACS) candidate. He earned his Bachelor’s in Management and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of North Texas.

Beyond the boardroom, Mando’s a family man, youth sports fan, grill master, and proud Denton native. He actively supports local nonprofits and is known for his practical advice, approachable style, and unwavering commitment to helping business owners succeed.
